CF Communications have been providing Community Management services to British Mums since December 2017. Additional Operations and copywriting duties were included from January 2019.

The British Mums Dubai group is a social place where mums have been coming together to help each other since 2012. The objective of British Mums Dubai group is to develop relationships, meet new friends and ask for, or offer support from like-minded women in a friendly and supportive way where members feel comfortable to post. We love to celebrate success stories, share light-hearted posts and pull together for our community. The Dubai group has over 14,000 members, all actively engaged.

Community Management for British Mums include the following key responsibilities:

British Mums Dubai, British Mums Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, British Mums Bahrain, British Mums UK and British Mums Qatar Facebook groups and British Mums Facebook page community management

Monitoring and responding to group / page messages, comments, enquiries and engaging on posts
Sharing relevant BM website content and external links to the Facebook group and social platforms (British Mums Facebook Page and Instagram)
Linking back to website content wherever possible on group posts to include blogs, competitions, newslet-ter subscriptions and all areas of the directory – events and the gallery
Educating group members on correct posting procedures, community guidelines and website functionality, assisting members
Deletion of inappropriate posts/members and warning/ flagging members when posts are not adhering to group guidelines
Identifying content opportunities in the group that can be leveraged on the website
Approve members according to eligibility criteria for the group and send welcome messages
Schedule conversational pieces as well as the content schedule
Activate non active members through strategic lurker activation campaign

Approval of new subscribers to the website and flagging potential subscribers to client when their status is unclear
Uploading and removal of content to the British Mums Dubai website (blogs, articles, polls, events, com-petitions and shop items etc.)
Approval of all content submissions to the site (Neighbourhood Guides, Directory listings, events etc.)
Responding and directing queries from email addresses
Monitoring the BM gallery and identifying potential hashtags/ album opportunities
Stay update on all latest website content to be able to make references in the group
Schedule competitions and announce competition winners
Scheduling Banners
Activate and Delete as required
Interviewing & Reviewing of companies, products and services

As Operations Manager for British Mums I had the following additional responsibilities:

Feedback of Operational Statistics to Clients
Interface between Sales staff, Community Managers and Operations to provide lead generation.
